RS232 cables from MC to Craftbox

The cables are not crossed, the are null modem cables. So the female DSUB9 connector on the serial cable has the same pinout a as male on the pc.

The cable from the MC to the DSUB is crossed, so it works with the gender changer and the RS232/USB and the craftbox cable.</description>
